Full Stack Developer.

Description.

Hop Over is looking to expand our engineering team. We are looking for a talented full stack developer to help build our platform. As a small startup ownership of projects is high, ensuring all team members are contributing meaningful work! If you are interested in building your software engineering portfolio this may be for you!

Things to consider.

  • You will be working on mobile applications (iOS and Android)
  • We’re raising our pre-seed round of funding meaning selected individuals will be compensated with equity
  • This role will be fully remote

What we are looking for.

  • An individual with a background in Computer Science/Software Engineering
  • Exposure to cloud services
  • Strong knowledge of at least 1 Javascript framework (preferably React Native)
  • Experience with a Version Control Software (preferably Git)
  • Knowledge of SQL and noSQL databases is considered an asset
  • Previous experience developing mobile applications is considered an asset
  • University students are strongly encouraged to apply!

What you should expect.

  • A time commitment of up to ~10 hours per week
